JET Hotel

After finding our usual hotel shut down stayed at Jet 3 nights. Small but nice room air con was great but even on 4th floor noise from main road intrusive. On night 3 (Saturday) all hell broke loose from 6pm, the room, walls, windows vibrated from the sonic loudness of the techno sound system upstairs in the function room upstairs accompanied by people jumping up and down above us. It was torture -and until I went down to reception at 11.30 pm to complain, it just kept going. Great the thumping music stopped but with shattered nerves all I could hear was the scraping and bumping of the clean up ops. This woke me up at 6 am on Sunday just to complete the horrible experience. Get out of the hotel business please! No warning of the event, no apology no refund offered.🤐 PS the included breakfast is too basic for 3200p a night

Great hotel for business and short stays. Well curated rooms and has basement parking (normally full) and a dedicated open parking lot. Normally includes buffet breakfast in the room charge. One restaurant on the ground floor and the rooftop bar is still being developed. Wish the rooms could be better insulated from external noise but still good business value.

The place is sits in a very convenient place if you want to stay in Lipa City. It is very near Robinsons, in fact just beside it, and SM City Lipa is a few minutes away. It is surrounded by lots of restaurants and just at the entrance of the street, there are lots of street food stalls if you want to grab a quick bite. The room was great, the food is great as well, there is a pool at the rooftop where my son and I enjoyed swimming in. Overall this place is a go to affordable place for a family. Our only complaint would be that the room smells too clean. I think it's the disinfectant they used which smells rather irritating when we arrived. And the small refrigerator did not work or we just didn't know how to turn it on. I'll give this a 5 if they use a better smelling disinfectant. The smell really gave my wife a hard time. Other than that, this place is great.

Our company held training on one of JET Hotel's conference rooms and we were able to stay during training days. The service here has just been good; whatever we needed was brought to us right away. Our event coordinator was amazing, he has been most helpful. The food was so delicious; the entire experience was great. Excellent property and very convenient to our activities like visiting places around. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The property is clean and has a minimalist vibe on it. Very near to essential establishments like malls, markets, fast food, and church. They also have a restaurant inside the hotel that can also serve room service. The environment is very safe even at night and there's a 24/7 convenience store in the same building as well as ATM Machine for an emergency fund. We have to extend our stay and it's not hard to ask for assistance for our extension. Even the room attendants and other hotel staff are accommodating. Surprisingly they have a pool on the roof deck so we had a quick relaxation with an area to eat and drink. Highly recommend this place for those doing business in the area or even quick get away from the metro.
